Companies need to spend more time focusing on the social responsibility element of ESG, a Tory grandee has said.

ESG stands for Environmental Social and Governance and has become a top priority for corporations in recent years as investors look to put their money into corporations that not only turn a profit, but run environmentally friendly and socially responsible businesses.
